At Everyday Emporium, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used or opened pet hygiene, grooming, food, or supplement products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
